Sunny Greetings! Welcome to \u00a0the de-light-filled, meaning-full, Home of Wellness and Spirituality!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Those words came into my earbuds\u00a0while running this morning.\u00a0Oh, how moving, how quickening\u00a0as my\u00a0lungs sucked\u00a0in the 30 degree air! That was after I did my best dance moves to “Put a Ring on It” in the driveway before starting out.\u00a0 Haha.<\/p>\n

I have set the mp3 player\u00a0on\u00a0“random” so I never know what’s coming up next.\u00a0\u00a0That way, Spirit can decide which songs–which ideas– to plant into my noggin while I “race” through the neighborhood. I get really jacked from some of these songs.<\/p>\n

Rewards come if you push yourself.\u00a0 Obviously there are Advent-ages<\/em><\/strong>, (good things that happen during Advent) for instance, to dragging yourself out of bed in the morning.\u00a0\u00a0I start getting my parents up at 9 a.m.\u00a0So my time is my own until then. I can either sleep till the last minute or get up and run, or dance and exercise, and\u00a0meditate.<\/p>\n

Being of a spiritual bent, I keep choruses from Handel’s Messiah on the Mp3 player year round plus a\u00a0wonderful Mandala Dance of the 21 Praises of Tara.*<\/em> (Casie…you’d love this, I bet.) Messages from Sophia, The\u00a0Spirit of Holy\u00a0Pure Virginal\u00a0Truth and Wisdom, emanate from\u00a0all the world’s\u00a0spiritual traditions. Oh yeah.\u00a0 And no tradition is devoid of error!<\/p>\n

Speaking of the 21 Praises of Tara<\/em>, Grandmother Parisha, who was raised by her Cherokee Grandmother in southern Appalachia, tells stories of a sojourn in the Himalayas, studying in a Buddhist monastary. As her website www.parishaonline.com<\/a> states, Pa\u2019Ris\u2019Ha has been acknowledged as a Tibetan reincarnation of TARA, a Bodhisattva Buddha, by Rinpoche Kalu and a Bhutanese Rinpoche, T\u2019sering Wangdi. <\/em><\/p>\n
