2012 is about cosmic evolution on the grandest of scales. Several years ago, I composed a poem encapsulating the “spiritual scientist” Rudolf Steiner’s teachings on humanity’s journey through just such an epic cosmic evolution. He described eons of time, basing his wisdom on readings from the Akashic record and the traditional content of the European esoteric Christian tradition.<\/h2>\n

Without further adieu, I present now for your edification,<\/p>\n

The Seven Day Creation: Crash Course in Cosmic Evolution<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019ll tell a secret of Spiritual Evolution,
\nHeld silent for centuries for fear of persecution,
\nStake burning, rack stretching, Catholic Inquisition,
\nThat sort of thing. So here it is. Settle In.<\/p>\n

Breathe deep and hear familiar words reveal
\nA story that speaks of the human to be;
\nOf the Divine Self that each of us will someday become,
\nWhen Our Evolution is finished, when we are Done,<\/p>\n

With this particular SEVEN round series,
\nThough it goes on and on, no rest for the weary.<\/p>\n

Now that last line\u2019s a joke, \u201cno rest for the weary\u201d
\nWe\u2019re destined for bliss, so have no——– fear-y…..<\/p>\n

Ever hear tell of the Days of the week?
\nSaturday and Sunday,
\nMonday then Tuesday ,
\nWednesday and Thursday,
\nAnd Friday,
\nRemember to find you must seek.<\/p>\n

Seven Days all named like the sun system\u2019s planets,
\nNames so familiar you take them for granted,
\nBut these names hold a secret long silent, suppressed,
\nNow Who would have thought it, now who would have guessed.<\/p>\n

Long before Earth formed and before our dear sun,
\nHuman development had already begun,
\nduring great Cosmic Days and Deep cosmic Nights–
\nThe days called manvantaras, the Night time praylayas,
\nAnd days and nights passed, and days and nights passed,
\nManvantara, Pralaya, Manvantara, Praylaya.<\/p>\n

Countless eons of time spiraling out, spiraling in,
\nThrough seven planetary cycles we will have been,
\nWhen human evolution reaches a kind of an end.<\/p>\n

Picture a cloud, invisible to eyes,
\npicture living ethereal beings inside,
\nand Outside the Cloud,
\nHoly Beings called Thrones
\nraying in forces of Love, so twas told,
\nJust like the sunshine rays to us from above.
\nThe energy these beings poured in was Love.<\/p>\n

The energy the Thrones poured in was Love,
\nAnd by some curious means, a foundation was laid,
\nas the rudimentary germs of the first Human bodies were made.<\/p>\n

According to the silent European Christian tradition,
\nSuppressed by Authorities who demanded submission–
\nSaturday’s the name for this first Day of our mineralization,
\nAnd beside human beings there other were other creations.<\/p>\n

In fact a whole hierarchy of being was present,
\nSide by side with humanity\u2019s humble advent,
\nAngels and archangels, Excusia and Archai they\u2019re called,
\nAll at their own stage of cosmic evolvement,
\nAll emerging from the Holy One\u2019s Trifolded Godhead.<\/p>\n

Now during the Saturday planetary Manvantara,
\nthe consciousness of little baby humans bodies was such,
\nThat you could say that our minds were just like
\nEarth\u2019s rocks.
\nSo who is to say that when we kick a rock outside,
\nIn a manner of speaking, you could say you kicked Clyde.<\/p>\n

Well just look around in Nature and now see the plants,
\nWho unlike rocks have a form quite organic,
\nOf course plants also have mineral bodies,
\nbut unlike the crystal, the plant body’s shaped oddly,
\nBecause plants are one step above the Stone level,
\nThey have a bodily life that\u2019s etheric.<\/p>\n

Remember that word: etheric, ethereal,
\nGive forms over time and uplifts the mineral.<\/p>\n

(no rythme)—-Going back now to the second cosmic Day:<\/span><\/p>\n

After Saturday, there came something called Cosmic Day Sunday,
\nAnd we were quite plant-like,
\nwith an organic form Not like minerals that stay crystalline,
\nBut something vaguely Like Earth plants,
\nCharacterized
\nby consciousness that was like dreamless sleep,
\nAnd above us, on Sunday the ArchAngels developed their egos,
\nTheir self-conscious nature, their self-knowing, self-reflective feature.<\/p>\n

Revelation, revelation!
\nDo you see how this is going?
\nDo you see that we pass through seven stages of growing.
\nAnd as we ascend from beginning to end,
\nour consciousness changes, our being transcends
\nlimitations And we become
\nthe second Adam, Christ-like, Buddha-like
\nDivine men and women.<\/p>\n

So next came the Moon\/Monday planetary stage,
\nAnd humans got passion, hungers, instincts and rage,
\nMuch–but not exactly–like the animals on Earth today.
\nWe acquired our astral bodies, souls filled with self-centered needs, wants and feelings,
\nA dream world we lived in, With countless other beings.<\/p>\n

The angels in the Moon\/Monday stage were like people now,
\nAnd passed through the acquisition of the self-conscious crown,
\nWhile humanity wallowed in the animal mind,
\nOh, people remember to all animals be kind.<\/p>\n

So far we ‘ve spoken of three giant cloud evolutions—
\nSaturn, Sun and Moon they are named,
\nlikewise our weekdays, Saturday, Sunday and Moonday are the same.<\/p>\n

And in between each was a giant night,
\nand then a renewed awakening on the other side.<\/p>\n

So finally we arrive at the fourth
\nand current planetary stage of the story,
\nBut where is the weekday word for the “Earth” ?<\/p>\n

—oh, not to worry
\nFor into this mystery I\u2019ll give you a peek.
\nIn the mystery schools Earth is called “Mars\/Mercury.”<\/p>\n

Say your words in Spanish and see how tis so.
\nLunes is Moonday ie. Monday
\nMartes is Mars,
\nMiercoles is Mercury.
\nSo during the Earth time of our trip through the stars,
\nWe started out warlike, like the Greek God called Mars,
\nAnd served as soldiers to Caesars and Tsars.
\nDeath and destruction is so tragically ours.
\nSo tragically ours, that we now seek for healing,
\nOur violent passions, and long to become like
\nMercury, god of healing, and become loving beings.<\/p>\n

Above us, the angels, one step ahead,
\nHave given up mineral substance and instead,
\nHave one higher body we can barely imagine
\nRefined and ethereal
\nBut someday indeed we will exist in like fashion.<\/p>\n

Now you see according to secret tradition,
\nthe unfoldment of humanity includes reincarnation,
\nFrom the very beginning, way back during Saturn,
\nWe’ve entered manifestation and
\nleft torn and tattered.<\/p>\n

Only to return again and again,
\nAs we learn the Art of the Divine Creative I Am,
\nthe art of being a singular self,
\na Self-conscious, responsible eternal being,
\nthe art of self-conscious responsible living.<\/p>\n

So, we\u2019ve passed through Saturn-day, Sun-day and Moon-day,
\nAnd live in the midst of Mars\/ Mercury and one day
\nWe will evolve through Thorsday (that\u2019s Thursday)
\nAnd then, we will pass through Friday, Frigga\u2019s Day Hearth Goddess, Venus,
\nAnd beyond that lies, for all you Star Trek fans,
\nVulcan, I kid you not, Vulcan is a part of the plan.<\/p>\n

And with each giant era, we become more Divine,
\nAnd our consciousness climbs, and climbs and climbs,
\nas we learn more and more to become co-creators,
\nAs we emerge from the colossal cosmic incubator.<\/p>\n

Now, one little footnote, before I shut up
\nI’ll mention the Elohim, Spirits of our sun;
\nFor the current Sun, so the Christian esoteric schools said,
\nIs an intelligent sphere of beings and when Jesus Christ bled,
\nThe body of the Elohim united with Earth,
\nTo give us the power to bring Love to Birth.<\/p>\n

So some awesome day way, way down the line,
\nWe can leave all our mineral bodies behind,
\nand shine like the sun,
\nand shine, shine, and shine.<\/p>\n

The Beginning…<\/p>\n

Well now, wasn’t that just a dandy bit of rhyme and reason.<\/h2>\n

And what might I add from my dear Elder, the venerable Grandmother Pa’Ris’Ha, to just top this vision of cosmic evolution off? How about, “Just Now….all that is and will ever be is just Now.”<\/h2>\n
